  • First let's confirm that we are connected to the correct input port

  • If there is still no picture let's confirm that the HDMI input is connected to the connection labeled “HDMI ARC” [ignore this if there is no ARC option]

  • If there continues to be no picture, restart the player with the device plugged into the same port and the TV on
